赤坂駅（と言っても福岡の天神のお隣）近くで人気の洋食屋さんで、近所で用事を済ませて通りかかると続々と
近所の勤労者男女が入っていくので並んでみました。
ランチはハンバーグ、チキンソテー、ポークカツの3種にステーキもあるみたい。
ソースがジャポネ、チリ、デミ、テリヤキの4種から選べます。
野菜とスパ炒めが添えられていますが、若い常連男性らは軒並み「ライス大盛り、スパ大盛り」コールを連発。
入店後に分かったけどゆっくり食後におしゃべりなどできない（暗黙の了解なんでしょう）のでサクサク食べて
出ていく感じなので思ったより回転は早いです。
小さなテーブルは4人掛け4卓と2人用が2卓かな。
奥の2人用に案内されポークカツ ジャポネソースライス少で注文。5分もかからず登場で小気味いいリズム。
店内はオーダー客、精算客、料理の上げ下げ対応に忙しいはずなのに、食器ガチャガチャとかオーダーの怒声とか
無縁で、このオペレーションは素晴らしい。お運びの女性らも慣れているからでしょうがお見事。
ジャポネソースはニンニク、ジンジャー、オニオンなどがすり下ろしで作ってあり、独特の酸味と和風の味付けが
尾を引くのでライスにブチまけて余さず食べる人もいるでしょう。
他のソースとも組み合わせも楽しそうなのでまた訪問してみます。
店内は博多の街では初めて見る虎一色の内装、明らかに店主は阪神ファンみたいです(笑)
