特に美味しかった3つをレビューします。
○若鶏の塩唐揚げ ¥650
唐揚げと思えないくらいサクッとした衣に、柔らかい肉で最高の食感です。
上品な油の香りが唐揚げの美味しさを加速させてます。
塩加減もちょうどよく、ビールと最高に合います。
○ごまサバ ¥1080
甘いゴマダレに、甘みのあるサバの身がよく合います。
臭みが全くないので、青物が苦手な方でも美味しくいただけます。
○明太子 天ぷら ¥580
明太子の旨さに天ぷら特有の油の旨さがよくあいます。
