事前に電話で予約の上、【たんか 清川本店】さんに訪問。
店内はテーブル席とカウンター席。
私達はテーブル席を利用。
初訪問なのだけれど、テーブルの上にはロースターなどはなく、厨房で調理いただいたものがお皿で提供されるスタイル。
ファーストドリンクは食べログのクーポンを使っちゃったので無料★ラッキー！
お通しの牛酢の物が良い感じ。
オーダーは各卓のQRコードからスマホで。

※量り売りのため、一旦仮？な感じのオーダー、実際には¥1500くらいのをご用意下さいました★
牛タンはからしかマスタードで、サガリはわさびで。
タンは柔らかで肉汁もたっぷり。
サガリが絶品、お味も濃いし柔らかい♡好き！
テールは大きな骨からの身ほぐれもよく、コラーゲンもたっぷり、旨味も濃い。
揚げ物は迷って決めきれず、両方★
・牛タンクリームコロッケ 2ケ¥660
・牛タンメンチカツ 2ケ¥770
クリームコロッケは四角い可愛いフォルムの中に牛タンもゴロゴロ。
メンチカツは旨味がジュワッと溢れる！
感想としては圧倒的にサガリが美味しかった♡
たまたま、同じ時間帯の宴席？の方々の会話が大きすぎてお互いの声も聞こえづらく早めにお店を後にしたけれど、もう少し色々食べてみたかったところ、かな？
