出張で熊本に行った帰りに博多在住の方と約束して訪れました。僕自身もいくつか気になる店をピックアップしていましたが、ここは地元民のお薦めの方が間違いないということで決めました。
メニューに値段が書いてないので、予算感が掴めませんでしたが2時間飲んで食べて2人で17,000と提供される商品のクオリティからすると割安に感じました。
お勧めは魚料理だと思います。
刺し盛りは一つ一つ手間を掛けてました。
白身は昆布締め、太刀魚は炙り、イカは雲丹のせ、
県産が多かったですが、その他も良いものを仕入れています。
接待や会食、大事な人、記念日など用途は様々に利用できるお店だと思います。
