福岡市博多区中洲２丁目、日本有数の歓楽街•中洲エリア錦小路にあるラーメン居酒屋『やまちゃん 中洲店』さん訪問。
小旅行で博多宿泊につき、お連れさんと夕食呑みがてら伺いました。
店内はカウンターとテーブル席があり、老若男女、多国籍入り乱れて大変賑わっています。ちょうどタイミング良く席があいたので、すぐ片付けて席をご用意頂きました。一見さんにも気さくなご対応で安心感あります。
ビールで喉を潤しつつ、ハイボールや焼酎を数杯いただき、おでん中心に一品料理を堪能しながら最後はもちろん〆ラーメンをいただきました。

おでんは、大根•厚揚•牛スジ•こんにゃく•ネギショウガ天を注文。全て薄口出汁ながらしっかり味がしみ込んでおり、非常に美味しい！！
特に大根は煮崩れなく大きなフォルムを保ちながら、芯まで味がしみ通っていて抜群にうまい！
塩味や出汁濃さもちょうど良い味付けで、どんなお酒にも合います。
あまりのどハマりに、写真はありませんが玉子やイカボール等、追加おかわり注文してしまいました。
ぶりカマ焼きは表面香ばしく身がふっくら。塩加減も抜群です。酒のアテにちょうど良い。美味しい！
豚巻きの串を2種注文。どちらも初めていただく逸品。
紅しょうがと豚肉の串焼きは、食感と味の組み合わせが絶妙で旨い！ビールがすすみます。
海老と豚のしそ巻きは、この歳ながら初体験の出会い。
プリっとした海老身をしっかりホールドした豚肉の食感はクセになります。しそが加わることでさっぱりした味わい。非常に美味しいです♪
ラーメンはあっさり豚骨スープ。しっかりとしたコクと塩味ながら、臭みやクドさが無いシンプルな味わい。
豚骨スープには使わない言葉かも知れませんが、〆にピッタリなあっさりした味わいは「淡麗」と感じる印象。
自然と啜ってしまいます。
麺は小麦の風味が豊か。硬さはバリカタでお願いしましたが、パツっとした食感と喉越しが非常に美味しい！
それぞれお値段が懐に優しい設定。ありがとうございます♪
店員様の接客も気さくで温かみがあり、心配りがある優しい対応。非常に好感持てます(^^)。
