しっかりしたトンコツ感だが、臭く無い。
食べやすい味かと。
高菜や紅生姜もテーブルに有り、味変出来、飽きない。

トンコツ臭いわけでもなく、シャバシャバした感じでもないので比較的トンコツ初心者でも食べやすいかも。
場所柄、飲み会等あれば思い出す立地なので、また行くことがありそうです。
