もうこの歳になると、相当なに酔っ払いやないと、閉めにラーメンは無理^_^
ってことで、福井の夜の〆に紹介してもらったお蕎麦屋さん。
夜遅くまで開いてるお蕎麦屋さんはありがたい。
さすが蕎麦の街ですね。
少しつまもうとだし巻き頼んだらびっくりする大きさで、困った
天ぷらも少しいただきました。そちらは1個づつやったし、よかった、とてもさっくり揚がっていて上品な天ぷらです。
お蕎麦も香りがたって、とても繊細な辛みおろし蕎麦でしたね。
写真から撮り忘れた^_^
けれど、平べったい、田舎蕎麦の越前そばを想像してたので、それとは違いました。
とても上品なかなり美味しいお蕎麦だったので、それはそれで良かった、また寄りたいですね。
