本日は時間がなっかったので、こちらへ伺いました
大もりをオーダー
お約束の長い蕎麦に閉口・・・まあわかっていてのオーダーではありますが
手繰るのに立ち上がりたい気分
風味微弱でもっちり感のある蕎麦
汁は、以前から、これほど甘かったかな？という感じ
かえしの、砂糖が多すぎないか？糖類は何を使ってるのだろう？・・・
これほど甘いのもお目にかかれないです
さっと頂いて蕎麦湯で締めて、ごちそうさまでした

駐車場は、だだっ広く縦横無尽に駐められます
平日の１２：３０頃伺いました
先客は４名様という感じです
店内は、テーブル席と小上がりと座敷があります
生姜焼き＋せいろセットを頂きました
蕎麦は、明灰色で星は見えず、風味は微弱という感じ
もっちりタイプの蕎麦です
冷やし緩めで水切り具合は良好でした
きっちり揃った蕎麦は、端切れ切りムラは皆無
なが～い蕎麦のため手繰るのに一苦労・・・
汁は、濃厚甘口、チョン漬けで丁度良いのですが
蕎麦が長いので微調整が不可・・・
薬味は、葱と山葵
蕎麦湯は、サラッとタイプで風味は弱めでした
生姜焼きについては特徴はないです
御飯が軟らかすぎが・・・
セット物がもっと豊富だと良いのにというのが感想でした
ごちそうさまでした！
