日本酒の種類が豊富 |
以前から行ってみたいと思っていたこちらに、友人と行ってきました。
まずは自分としては珍しく、生ビールをグラスで（（ジョッキじゃないということね、飲みかけの写真ですみません）。
やはり、日本酒のお店なので直ぐに日本酒に変えられるように。
突き出しはタコの辛子和え。これが、もう美味しい。
刺身の４点盛りは、左から、生ダコ、鯛の昆布締め、ホタテの昆布締め、鰤のリュウキュウ。
薬味はわさびだけではなく、梅肉もあり、つけるのも醤油だけではなくごま油とか。
凝ってますねぇ。
どれも、美味しくないわけがない。
最初の日本酒は、「爽」で無濾過生原酒の「謙信」。
これが、美味いのなんの。しびれる～
その後日本酒は、旦、天狗舞、…あれ、ほかは何だっけ。
「爽」「薫」「醇」「熟」を一周して、さらに１種と締めは「まんさくの花」。
中には、１合分なくて９勺だったりしましたけど、かなり呑みました。
無濾過生原酒は、どれも個性的で美味しいです。
酒のアテは、米ナスの味噌田楽、銀杏、鯖の塩焼き。
どれも日本酒に合うし、美味しいです。
ほろ酔いでお店をあとにしました。
また行きます。
