Available for lunch. This is a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant that specializes in Miyazaki beef. I used it at night before and had a good impression, so I've been using it occasionally for lunch as well. Lunch is also quite delicious. For lunch, there is a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) set, but there are Other plate sets such as Hamburg and pork kimchi. This is also delicious. This time, I wanted to try Sundubu, so out of the 8 types, I chose ○ Soft! I ordered beef tendon and chive sundubu (1,280 yen). It's a bit pricey for lunch around here, but it's good once in a while. We arrived at Sundubu in about 10 minutes! It's simmering. There's a lot of beef tendon, chives, etc. inside. I like to mix it with rice and eat it like a bowl of rice, so I put the rice on a separate plate and pour sundubu over it. The soup stock works well and it's delicious.However, there is also a slight dashi stock from the beef tendon, but the base is different.Dashida? Or is it original? The beef tendon is also boiled to make it soft and delicious. I feel like the beef tendon is a bit small for the price, but it depends on the day. It also comes with kimchi and salad, so you can really enjoy it.
