I reserved a course in advance through Tabelog and visited with my wife today. The 6-course meal comes with bread, and you can choose coffee or tea after your meal♪ Chiba has less competition, so there are many restaurants that are inferior to those in Tokyo in terms of service and taste (I think there are mixed opinions on this point) However, for me, all the dishes at this restaurant were carefully prepared, delicate, beautiful, and had the best taste.And what surprised me was that the bread was just as delicious as the food! Great choice of utensils and good taste! In terms of service, they refilled the water as soon as it ran out, and offered to refill the bread (^^).The chef also thanked us when we left the restaurant. He was a soft-spoken and very polite person. Furthermore, while there are many shops that are taking only sloppy measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, this shop, I won't go into details, is taking serious measures, which gave me a very good impression. I think it's difficult to attract customers due to the coronavirus pandemic, but I hope they continue to do their best because I'm going to support them in the form of repeat visits. After-meal coffee or tea may be hot only. I definitely want to drink iced coffee in the summer, so I'll check it out the next time I visit.
