これといった予定がない平日休み。1月20日(金)です。
こういう時じゃないと行けない地元の店を考えました。
最初に、リウレザン(柏市 地酒ビストロ）に電話をかけました。
昼営業は金曜のみ。メニューはカレー（どんなカレーかは週替わり）のみ。
今日は確かビーフカレー。
でも、カレーにはイマイチ惹かれませんでした。
イルジリオ(柏市）も入る機会がないイタリアンでした。
電話したらOKとのこと。
自宅から20分歩いて12時過ぎに入店です。
写真をとっていいか聞くと、店主が出てきてメニューはやめてほしいと。
ブログなどに載ると、あとでそれを見た客が来てメニューが違うというトラブルがしばしばあったそうです。
こういう説明を聞くと納得しますね。
メニュー以外は写真OKでした。

メニューは変わる可能性があるので、お店に苦情は言わないでくださいね。
ランチコースは、2,800円 3,200円 4,300円の3種で真ん中にしました。
・前菜盛り合わせ4種
・プリモ3種から、北海道産ホタテと九十九里産葉タマネギ、柏産フレッシュトマトのスパゲッティ
・セコンド３種から、千葉産コハク鶏とナンコツのガランティーヌ ブラッドオレンジジュースのソース サラダと共に
※ガランティーヌは、鶏肉にひき肉とナンコツを筒状にして調理後、切り分けたお料理です
・ドルチェ、カフェ
前菜は、あいまいな記憶によると、
金目鯛？のジュレ、小さなワカサギのマリネ、３つ目は鳥類だったかなあ（とても曖昧な記憶ですみません）のパイ包み、徳島産猪のハム
どれが特別ということはなくみんなおいしかったです。
スパゲッティ（乾麺だと思います）がちょっと固かったなあ。
ガランティーヌは見た目はハム様ですが鶏肉なのでさっぱりとした味です。
全体的に、軽く胃の負担が少ない献立でおいしく頂きました。
健康的なイタリアンですね。
パンは自家製２種。
黒っぽいほうが好みなのでおかわりしたら60円でした。
ドルチェはヨーグルトジェラートとチョコレートケーキ。
エスプレッソと頂きます。
クラフトビール（山口県産 800円）と白ワイン（シャルドネ）グラス（800円）を頂いて、4,860円でした。
器やサービスも含めて、こういうお店にも定期的に来たいですね。
