コロナ禍で長くクローズされていましたが、先日通りかかったらイタリア国旗が揺れていました。
営業再開されている！と飛び込みました。
休日昼13時前後。
お店のドアはどっしりとした重さが有り、ドアが閉じるとその音が来客の合図にもなっているみたいです。
沢山ある手書きのランチメニューの中から、パスタランチ1150円を注文。
パスタは、｢フレッシュトマトとイカのアーリオ・オーリオ（ペペロンチーノ）｣を選択しました。
なんと、冷製スープ・パン・ドルチェ付です。
ほぼ同時に3組が入店しましたが、落ち着いた雰囲気のシェフが一人で気持ちよくお店を回されていました。
まずは冷製コーンスープ。
濃厚で美味しく、パスタへの期待が高まります。
パンにはチーズやハムが挟めそうな切れ目が入っていました。
フレッシュトマトとイカのアーリオ・オーリオは優しい味。
イカとトマトが沢山で嬉しい。
個人的にはもっとにんにくどーん！（笑）なペベロンチーノが好みですが、こちらのパスタはとても美味しく感じました。
ドルチェは杏のコンポート。
1口サイズですが、暑い日にぴったりの爽やかさです。
＋150円で、ドリンクやサラダをつけたり、パスタ大盛にもできるみたいです。
また是非伺いたいなと思いました。
