今回は柏に用があったので
その序に以前から評価が高く気になっていた
唐揚げ専門店侍さんにお邪魔しました
店の広さは外から見ると
とてもこじんまりとしていて
非常に小さく見えるけど
店内に入ると中は結構広い感じがしました
今回注文したのはから揚げ５個の定食
唐揚げは大好きなのでとても期待
しかも侍さんでは注文事に揚げてくれるので
常に揚げたてが食べられます
ここもとてもポイント高いですね
テーブルからから揚げを調理している所が見えます
店主が鶏肉に下処理をして油に入れると
ジュワっとした水泡が全体に上がりとても美味しそうです
数分待つとテーブルにから揚げ定食が
おぼんに乗ってやってきました
お～～旨そう 待ってましたとばかりに
内容は
から揚げ５個
キュウリの漬物
鶏のスープ
キャベツ
ポテトサラダ になります
唐揚げは１個１個が通常のから揚げの
１．５倍以上の大きさがあります
さてでは頂きます 肝心のお味ですが
まず噛んだ時に肉汁がジュワっと鶏肉から出ます
そして何よりも衣がカリカリです
カリサク肉汁ジューシー最高です
これは間違いなく国産ですね
海外産はカリッとは簡単に揚がるんですが
肉の旨味がとても弱いです
国産でなければこれだけ肉の旨味は強くありません
しかもジューシー肉汁ジュワッ
これはケンタッキーより美味しい？
ただ正直初めは本当に美味しいんですが
段々似た様な味なので飽きてきます
揚げ物類の宿命とも言えますか？
なのできゅうりの漬物や鳥スープを飲んだりして
味を変えていきます
イャ～～～それにしてもとても美味しかったです
ご馳走様でした
ただ難を言うともう少し
メニューにお口直し出来る様な
サッパリとした
サイドメニューがあるといいかと思います
例えば納豆とか豆腐とかトコロテンとか？
でも味は文句なしにとても美味しかったです
正直今迄これ程美味しいから揚げは食べた事がありませんでした
評価は４なんですが 正直後半飽きやすいという所で－0.5の
星3.5でお願いします
こちらの店はともかく出来立ての
手作りのから揚げを鱈腹召し上がりたい方に
強くお勧めしたいです
とっても美味しいですよ(^.^)
