ラーメン チャーシュー 食べ歩き

今回はラーメン(つけめん)を食べに稲毛区にある、とき田さんへ行ってきました!
実は今回が2回目となるこのお店は、スープが濃いのは勿論ですが塩っ辛く、初めての時はこれは無理だ〜と思いました(笑)
しかし、なぜ今回行ったかと言うと、初回に塩っ辛いながら割用スープをつけ汁に入れて飲んだら美味かったからです。
ここの所、ラーメンを食べ歩いて口が肥えたと言うか、塩っ辛いのが大丈夫になったと言うか、何はともあれ痛風に一歩近づきましたよ(笑)
そこでこの「麺家 とき田」にサイド挑戦してみる事となりました。
注文したのは、前回と同じくオプション全部にオジヤまでプラス!
大げさに全乗せとか言いますが、チャーシュー、煮たまご、海苔、が入ってる物なので皆さん入れた方が良いですね(笑)
さて変わってるのはオジヤですが、皆さん一度は試しているかと思われる、カップラーメンのスープに飯を入れて食う奴の、ちゃんとしてる版とでもいいましょうか、残ったつけ汁にご飯を入れて温め、そこへ生玉子を落として更に加熱する本格的なオジヤです。
ラーメンだけでは締まらない人にオススメです!
どうしても塩っ辛い人には、カウンター上部に割る用スープが置いてあるので使ってみると色々楽しめます。
そして今回は、つけ麺からオジヤに至るまで割る用スープを使わずに食べきりました、次回は少し割って食べてスープを残そうと考えています(笑)
