かつ丼と蕎麦が恋しくて、何度目かの訪問。
このお店、以前も来たとき何かちょっとなぁと思った記憶が頭をかすめたが、何だったのか
覚えていなかったのでとりあえず「かつ重せいろ（\1,350）」をオーダー。
かつ重と表記しながら実際はハーフかつ丼、せいろ蕎麦もそこそこの盛り。
まぁ40半ばのオッサンが勤務中休憩ランチで食べるのには十分、むしろこのくらいが良い。
このかつ丼、衣が脆くて剝がれやすく箸で触れたそばから崩れてしまうので、味は美味いが
良いペースで食べ進められない。もっと衣の定着度が欲しい。
このせいろ、蕎麦が短くて切れっ端のような２～３cmのパーツが多いので、味は美味いが
気持ちよくすすれない。もっとまとまった長さの蕎麦が欲しい。
これかー！思い出した！！他に特筆すべきは味噌汁の出汁がとてもよく効いていて美味い。
全体的に味は美味いんだけど、上記の理由でちょっとなぁとなってしまう。値段も高いし。
個人的には近隣の焼鳥日高で提供されていた安価なかつ丼が結構好みだったけど、日高が
かつやめちゃったので今はもう食べられず。
かつ丼って結構難しいんだよね。出汁がしっかり染みていないと駄目だけど、持ち上げた
ときに衣が着いてこないと自分のペースで楽しめない。玉子のとじ加減と玉ねぎの分量も
大事だし、ご飯にどれだけ出汁が染みているのか＋提供温度も・・・次を探します。
