ネタはマグロ、赤貝、真鯛(湯引き)、カニ、生ウニ、玉子、ホタテ。
直径15センチ位の器にびっしりと並んでいて高級なネタも入っているのでコスパが非常に良い。+ 1000円ぐらい取られても全く不思議ではないと思うがさすが市場価格。
マグロ以外(普通においしかったが)、その他のネタで何より驚いたのは鮮度。とびきり鮮度があると言うわけではないがスーパー等に並ばない位の鮮度が感じられ漁港に近いレベル。
まだ取り始めの時期の生ウニは高いし、北海道や岩手の塩水ウニを食べているとたいていのウニは臭くて食べられないが、ここのウニは充分美味しいと言えるレベル。
カニは味が濃厚でまさに塩梅が絶妙で塩辛さが適度にあって非常においしかった。
さらにマダイに関しては愛媛や宇和島など本番で食べる位の旨味と脂があり、しっかりと湯引きしてあり腕の良さが感じられた。
どのネタも良かったが食堂にもかかわらず非常に良いネタを扱っている。これは仕入れされている方の目利きが相当良いと思われる。
腕、ネタ、コスパと3拍子揃っており文句のつけどころなし。
