This is a casual izakaya that is close to Chiba Station.It's a casual Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) with a wide variety of lemon sours.It's said to be one of the largest lemon sour specialty stores in the Chiba area, with 30 types of everything. Exile was also surprised (lol) Recommended for those who smoke.This is the second one I've used. I was given a seat at a table that seats 4 people. Order via touch panel ・Draft beer Suntory Premium Malts It's delicious because I'm used to drinking it. Things I ordered: - Edamame - Fried octopus - Grilled mentaiko - Green onions - Tomato bacon skewers - Wasa - Deep-fried tofu I had my favorite grilled mentaiko, so I couldn't resist ordering it.The fragrant mentaiko was crispy on the outside and half-cooked on the inside. If you eat it with the mayonnaise that comes with it, the flavor becomes richer and delicious. The beer goes on. The fried octopus is fried and juicy, and the tomato bacon skewers have the sourness of the cherry tomatoes and the salty bacon that go well together. After that, I changed to sake and then added ita wasa. The kamaboko had a nostalgic taste, and lastly, the lemon sour. After thinking about it since there were 30 different types (lol), I ended up ordering the nostalgic bar lemon sour. It stays cold and refreshing in a copper cup. The deep-fried tofu is surprisingly fluffy and homely. It felt handmade and tasted delicious. I was left with a good impression that the staff were efficient and organized, and that they were pleasant.
