This restaurant opened in Chiba in December. We went there for a year-end party. We could only get a reservation from 20:15. I guess we were second-round customers. We had made a reservation for the "Meat and Double Cheese Hotpot Course" with 3 hours of all-you-can-eat and drink for 3,000 yen (open price) per person. We were shown to a sunken kotatsu, but the place where we put our feet was sticky with liquid. There was cabbage on the seat. Even though it was the second round and they were busy, it didn't seem clean... Can they call themselves a restaurant?... We ordered plum wine for our first drink, but they ran out of it. Also, we were supposed to have all-you-can-eat beef, but they ran out of beef, so we couldn't get a refill. They said they would prepare pork instead... They also ran out of mozzarella cheese and Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) in the middle of the meal, etc. The food tasted okay, but the service was so bad that it was a bit of a pain. I won't be returning. Good luck.
