千葉へのお仕事があり、なんとなく千葉駅から歩いて繁華街の方へ。
ランチを何にしようか、、人気のラーメン屋もあったが、なんとなく気分はスパゲティ。
雑居ビルにある、チーズ専門店へ。
とはいえ、噂で聞いていて、食べたいメニューがあったから！
広々とした店内は女性を中心に賑わっている。
狙っているメニューのあるランチから選択。
一番人気のメニューであろう。
溶岩パスタのセット1150円、
グツグツなミートソースパスタがチーズの雲を突き抜け、フライアウェー。火山を爆発させるのは、芸術の域。
龍が昇る様を見つつ、何度でも胴上げしたくなる。俺流野球。
濃厚だけど、バランスの取れた最高の組み合わせ。
チーズのお店でこれだけの量が入っているが、ミートソースの味が主役でうまくマイルドに引き立てるんだぜー。
どんどんお酒が進む。

チーズのコクと焼かれた砂糖の香ばしい甘さ。しっとりした記事に思わずうっとり。
赤ワインも喜んで飲んでしまう！
この日、たまたま誕生日のお客様もいたらしく、突然照明が消えたと思ったら、バースデーソングと共にケーキの登場。
