ステーキフリッツはフランスの国民食と言われますが、日本のフレンチレストランでは意外にお目にかかれない料理です。千葉駅周辺のフレンチでレギュラーメニューになっているのはda.bか、ムッシュゴルジェくらいか。しかし、こちらの店ではメニューの筆頭に載っているのが嬉しい。
カットされた赤身のステーキと山盛りのフライドポテト。焼き加減は、何も言わなければセニャン、つまりミディアムレア。味付けは塩と胡椒、お好みでマスタード。この店ではフライドガーリックが乗りますが、これはあっても無くてもいいかな。1〜2人前と書いてあるとおり、肉は大きくて食べごたえがあります。
合わせる酒はワインでもいいのですが、山盛りのフライドポテトがあるので、個人的にはビールが好み。
他にも煮込みハンバーグ ロックフォールのせ等、魅力的な料理がオンリストしてます。喫煙可の店ですが、先に吸わない客が入店した場合、後に入った喫煙者には御遠慮いただくそうです。
若手のシェフが頑張るいい店です。裏千葉をもっともっと盛り上げて欲しいですね^^
