千葉って、保存しているリストにお店があるイメージがない・・・。
ランチのお店を探してみると、あら、ここにも名店の冠がついてるお店が！
ちょいと歩いていってみますかね？と千葉駅から徒歩６分ほど。
到着しました「エスト！プロッシモ」さん。エストってイタリア語で「見つけた」って意味なんですって。
しかし・・・・・ビルの一角にあるのを想像してたら、二階戸建てのレストランΣ(ﾟДﾟ)
すごいな！！！！！
「今の時間は２Ｆで営業しています」という張り紙を見て
二階へ続く階段を昇り。お姉さんにひとりでーすとお伝えすると、４名掛けのテーブル席にご案内くださいました。
半分くらいの席が埋まっていましたが、休日のせいかお昼間からお酒を楽しみつつお食事を楽しむ
２，３人組が多かったように思います。
コースは３種で、
前菜・パン・デザート・ドリンクがついて
・パスタ
・メインディッシュ
・パスタ＋メインディッシュ
３パターン。パスタも、メインも美味しそうだったけど、両方は無理なので
パスタに的を絞ることに(｀･ω･´)
千葉県産、袖ケ浦産など地元の食材にこだわっているようで期待できそうです♪
あ、でもこれ美味しそう、「真鯛のラグー クリームソース スパゲッティーニで」
ラグーってお肉料理のイメージですが、お魚のラグーって初めてかも(´∀｀*)ｳﾌﾌ
まずはドリンクのアイスティと前菜、パンが運ばれてきます。
前菜の盛り合わせは、色どり鮮やかでとても綺麗です(*´▽｀*)
ソーセージとパプリカの煮込み
タコと大根のマリネ
お米のサラダ
お魚とフェンネルのマリネ
オムレツっぽいやつ
どれも丁寧に仕上げられていて、優しい味わいでうんまい！！！！！
パンもふっくら、パニーニっぽいのかな？少しサクッとした歯触りがいいですね♪
さあ！メインの登場です(*´▽｀*)
うわあ♡優しい色合いですね！鯛は細かく解されているようで、姿はソースになじんでいます。
では、いっただっきまーーーす！
うん！鯛の旨味と食感は残したまま、滑らかで円やかなクリームソースがスパゲティに絡んで
うんまーーーーーーーーーいでーーーーーーーーーーす(*´▽｀*)♪
初めての出会いですが、本当に誰からも愛されそうな優しい味わいです！
こんなのぺろりといけちゃうよー♪と思っていましたが、結構量がしっかりとしていて
ソースに鯛がたっぷり入っているので、かなり早めにお腹が張ります(｀･ω･´)
何とかパスタは完食！ソースが残ってしまったのが悔しい・・・|дﾟ)
デザートはコーヒームース、栗のタルト、あと、なんかフランスのお菓子だそうです（笑）
コーヒームースは苦みと甘みが良いバランスでした(´∀｀*)ｳﾌﾌ
しかしお腹一杯で、ワタシには量がおおかったかな？
このお値段で、このクオリティ、ボリュームだったら大満足ですね！
メイン料理も一度頂いてみたいです(*´▽｀*)
