焼きそばの中と小を注文。
暫くして焼きそばの大と中が来ました
残念です。笑
麺は低加水？の麺で自分の好みです。
味付けは塩っぱかったです。
他のお店も塩っぱかったので、青森は塩っぱいのがスタンダードなのでしょう。
やはり東北の寒い地域は塩分多めですね。
上品で感じの良い店主さんでした。
