雪降る夜に初来店です。席のみ予約してます。カウンターに通されました。メニューを見ると、料理の種類は居酒屋的ですが、煮付けがキンキンだったりと、安居酒屋てはなく料理にこだわりがあるのを感じます。
○生ビール サントリー プレモル マスターズドリーム 600円
●お通し モズク酢
○アサヒスーパードライ 555ジョッキ 750円
555ジョッキとは大きめのジョッキとのこと。555mlなのか？？
●たつの天麩羅 1000円
熱々フワフワのたつ(鱈の白子)の天麩羅は天つゆと塩とお好みで食べられます。自分は天つゆが好き。
●銀たら焼き 1300円
無茶苦茶脂の乗った銀タラ焼きは味噌の風味が絶妙。脂があり過ぎて大根おろしが足りない！
●キンキンカマ煮付け 1000円
ただでさえ脂が乗ってるキンキンのカマなので、当然さらに脂の乗ってる部位ですか、煮付けたことで脂感が緩和されていて、旨味が倍増しています。付け合わせの豆腐とネギがサッパリさせてくれるので、これまた脂の乗ったキンキンに箸が止まりません。
○ アサヒスーパードライ 555ジョッキ 750円
●刺身盛り合わせ 1人前
マグロ・タコ・カンパチ・松川カレイ・イカ・サーモン
刺身を食べれば店のレベルがわかりますね。勿論、素晴らしかったです。ここで日本酒が欲しくなり、注文です。ただし自分が飲みたかった銘柄が、無くなっていたのは残念でした。
○田酒 純米酒 650円
●ほやの塩辛 650円
お好みで大根おろしとあわせて。
総額八千円をちょっと超えた位。安いとは感じませんが、高いとも思いません。料理とお酒を合わせて妥当な値段ですね。
