雨降りの日曜日いかがお過ごしですか？
僕は仕事です。
久しぶりの早番残業なしで16:00で解放され、
解放感から美味しいざるそばが食べたくなり
『八永南部屋敷 茨島店』
にぶらりと訪問。
先日、別店舗でざるそばをいただいた時の美味しかった記憶が強く、また丼ものも食べてみたかったので、
今回は
『かつ丼そばセット・そば大盛』1155円
にしました。
10分くらいで到着！
予想より早い。丼付きなんで時間かかるかと思いました。
まず、見た目。
かつ丼はちょうどいい量、そばも大盛で、私にとってベストバランス。かつ丼と、そばつゆの香りがいい！
早速、かつ丼。
肉厚はまあまあ、タレはかつにはあっさり、ご飯にしっとりで、一緒に食べるとちょうどいい感じ。
玉子とじはあっさりとした薄めの味つけ。
そばは私好みの柔らかで喉ごしのいい、スルッとはいる感じ。絶品。
この土佐かつお亀節を使ってつゆも、濃さ、香りがよくサッパリしていて旨い！
総評として
かつ丼はなかなか美味しい！
やはりそば。私の好みの絶品！
丼ものはご飯メインに食べたいかたにはオススメしますが、私個人的にはそばを推します！
