この店は、ドラッグストア、ゲームセンター、回転寿司などが立ち並ぶ土崎ポートスクエアというショッピングゾーンの一角にあります。注文はこの店一押しの桃豚ロースカツ定食にしました。
この店は秋田市山王にも店舗を構えており市内では比較的知られたとんかつ屋さんですが、私は今回初めてお邪魔しました。ご飯、味噌汁がそれぞれ数種類用意されており、この中から選んで注文するシステムになっています。今日は、ご飯が白米、十穀米、炊き込みご飯（松茸）の３種類、味噌汁が豚汁、ナメコ汁、鮭の味噌汁の３種類でした。
とんかつはたっぷりの千切りキャベツと共に皿に乗せられてきました。キャベツとご飯はおかわり自由とのことですが、ご飯はともかくキャベツのおかわりはよほどのことがない限り頼めないでしょうね。
肝心のとんかつは厚みがある割には柔らかく、ジューシーです。ただ、中には脂身がやけに多い部分もありました。ロースなのである程度は仕方ないんですが、一切れのほとんどが脂身というのはちょっと多過ぎだと思います。
ご飯と味噌汁が選べるのは面白いと思いますが、私はご飯は白米だけで十分だと思います。とんかつを味わうのであれば、白米が一番でしょう。対して、味噌汁が選べるのはとても良いと思います。ついでにおかわりができるともっとうれしいんですけど。
全体的には、味、ボリューム共に十分満足できました。サービスもとても良かったと思います。
