常連客が友人にいるため、予約してもらうと、うなぎ屋とは思えないラインナップが準備されている。ただし常連であるため「そのへんから適当にもっていって」レベルの扱いになったりもする。いい素材があるときは白焼きで遠慮なく出してくれる。近くのすし屋から寿司もとり寄せてもらったことがある。こういう店は、顔を覚えてもらうと、強い。スーパーで売っているうなぎ嫌いもうなぎ好きになることまちがいなしのあっさりダレでふっくらうなぎ。お土産もつくってもらえる。
