伊豆で蕎麦三昧の旅をしようと計画し、その宿泊施設に選んだのが宇佐美のこちらでした。
会社が契約している福利厚生施設の中から選んだのでお値段はリーズナブル。
もともとはリゾートマンションとして造られているため、リノベーションしてもお部屋は広々。
しかも高台の別荘地に立っているため、眼下に宇佐美の海が望める絶好のロケーションです。
夕食と朝食は5階にあるレストランでいただきます。こちらからの見晴らしも素敵でした。
まずは伊豆の地ビールをいただき、ビールの後は地元静岡の純米酒臥龍梅をいただきました。
お料理はちょっと変わっていて、和洋折衷な感じのくずし懐石でした。
◆前菜は伊豆豆腐の旨煮掛け、鱧胡瓜 あさり牛蒡の3点
◆お造りは伊東産鮮魚の盛り合わせ(マグロ ヒラマサ、鯛.)
◆蒸し物はトマトの玉地蒸し。エスニックな香りがするソースがかかっています。
◆焼き物は鮎の一夜干し。これは実際に干している光景を見かけました。
◆台の物はグリーンカレー鍋。この組み合わせには驚きました。激辛ではなかったですが、
懐石でこれが出てくるとは。
◆止め椀は赤出汁
◆食事は静岡産コシヒカリ、香の物は3種盛り
◆デザートはメロンのロールケーキと枇杷をかたどったお菓子
絶品というまではいかないまでも、まずまず美味しくいただけて良かったと思います。
