平日・水曜日のランチで訪問。
生活圏にありながら、とても久しぶりです。
平日ですが、超人気店なので、あらかじめ予約をして、13:00到着。
やはり、、、平日なのに結構なお客様が店先でお待ちのご様子です。
店員さん曰く、まだマシな状況なようです。
■入店&テーブル席に着席
■(店員さん)おまかせで良いですか? → 「はい」
(店員さん)苦手なものありますか? → 「・・とか●●とか◇◇。」念のため各自の苦手なものをお伝え。
■(店員さん)「赤だし」はいかがですか? → 「(もちろん!!)お願いします」
しばらくして、
一皿目(5貫)到着=「あなごの押し寿司・ウニ軍艦・中とろ・ブリなど」×3枚
二皿目(5貫)到着=「かに・赤貝・ホタテ・中とろ・炙りの太刀魚」×3枚
三皿目(5貫)到着=「たまご・カニ・蒸し鮑・トロ鉄火・たこ」×1枚をシェア

こちらの赤だし。
が、おいしいです。
しじみ+久しぶりに食べる茗荷
濃すぎない赤出汁。
そして、ガリもおいしいです。
本日は、5枚目までいくと、「トロの炙り」とか「のどぐろ」に出会えたようです。
もちろん、おまかせでなく、お好みオーダーもご対応いただけます。
