A seasonal gift from Fukui. A variety of dishes nurtured by the traditions and techniques of a long-established inn.
The owner himself visits the market every morning to carefully select the ingredients that our chefs then carefully prepare. Seafood includes Echizen crab, the king of crabs, as well as sweet shrimp,
...wild abalone, turban shells, and Wakasa kura, all caught in the Sea of Japan. Enjoy the many charms of Fukui, including Echizen oroshi soba, a healthy food that is said to remove impurities from the five internal organs, the finest Japanese black beef, Wakasa beef, and plump, shiny koshihikari rice cooked in a kettle. The food brought to each and every table is a proud dish made with confidence and sincerity by this long-established inn.
