We deliver the authentic taste of Singapore Chicken Rice (Hainan Chicken Rice), which is also the name of the restaurant, and is served by the embassy. Steamed chicken is served with exquisite rice cooked with chicken soup, lemongrass, ginger, and garlic, and 3 kinds of sauces (chili, ginger, and sweet soy sauce). The rice used is Thailand's highest grade jasmine rice. Please enjoy the rice flavored with octopus palm leaf and pandan leaf.

Chef Alex, Executive Chef of Hainanese Chicken Rice Group! ! Born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. After training at many famous stores in Singapore and Malaysia, he came to Japan. For 15 years, he has demonstrated his skills in catering to the Singapore Embassy. He takes the lead in serving Singaporean Cuisine to 1,000 guests at the National Day Reception hosted by the embassy in Japan every year. Specializes in dishes using coconut.
