``Homemade Hokkake Overnight Dried'' is made by cutting raw mackerel mackerel, washing it thoroughly, and drying it in the store's aisle. The popular ``Dashaku Kurobuta Gyoza / Dumpling'' uses ``Dashaku pork'' from Hakodate. You can enjoy dishes centered on local and domestic products.
