メインのねぎま鍋は真っ黒のお出汁の鍋がセットされ、野菜を先に投入!立派な千住ネギ!椎茸、えのき、豆腐に白菜、煮立ったら鮪のカマトロを投入!
カマトロはピンクで見るからに美味しそうです♪
サッと茹でたら、柚子胡椒で頂きます。
これは日本酒に合いますね。三重県鈴鹿市の銘酒 作を頂きます♪これは止まらないお酒です♪
