くりや川の店舗で営業していない日に若手に握らせるという試みで、くりや川の握りも食べられるとの事で興味を持ち訪問。
*夜のにぎり堪能コースをランチタイムに お一人様 ¥14,300+日本酒2合¥2.230とキャンペーン中の日本酒をお得で頂きました。
◇総評◇
まずシャリがわりと好みでした。やや硬めから温度も良く酢も立ち過ぎず「咀嚼してなんぼ!」を良く理解されていて温度管理を表現されている感じがしました。
ガリも二種類なのも楽しいですね。
全体的に塩味がまろやかなので日本酒に押されている感じだが、鮨だけを堪能するには十分。
鮪は間違いなく美味しいがそれ以外は平均的に中の上的なスコアで、特に突出した唸る程「旨い」的な印象はなかった。
個人的にも私はやはりつまみからスタートして、唸る程の旨いツマミで日本酒を流し込みからの握りの方が好みのスタイルなので、分かった上での訪問でしたがやはり満足感は低め。
だからと言って出来上がった高級店は旨くて当たり前。そして鮨バブルは続き新店舗も次々オープンしているのでその中で生き残って行くのは大変だと思いますがその分伸び代は私の楽しみの1つです。
これからに期待しています。
「くりや川」もコースを日本酒のペアリングもあるみたいなので、機会がありましたらこちらにも伺いたいと思います。
