恵比寿の路地裏にひっそりと構える「鮨 染井(そめい)」さん。
隠れ家のようなお忍び雰囲気の鮨居酒屋。
場所は恵比寿駅より徒歩5分ほど。
恵比寿西一丁目の五差路の路地裏に白壁のシンプルな佇まい。
戸を開けるとすぐにカウンターが縦に広がり、テーブル席と奥にお座敷個室を2つ備えます。
メニューは日本酒に合いそうな一品を多く揃えて、握りも頂ける和食のラインナップ。
この日は常連様のご希望により大将におまかせでコースのように出して頂きました。

お酒を進ませてくれるつまみが揃い、最後は握りで締まる酒処!
お造りから煮付けに焼き物、白子の茶碗蒸しに生牡蠣としっかりお酒をリードさせる。途中の炙り明太子はちびちびやりやすい固形ならではのお酒のアテ。
握りは10カンほど出して頂きましたが、酢飯がキリッと真っ直ぐに効いて、モチモチとそれぞれのネタの味を楽しませてくれる内容。
中トロはしっかりした甘さを楽しめ、車海老は一尾丸々がシャリと同化するかのように旨みを伝える。
最後は沢庵の食感を響かせるトロ巻きで美味しく締まりました。
恵比寿駅からも意外と近い割に落ち着いたエリアにあり、とても落ち着いた空間とあって接待などの会食シーンにはおすすめ。また居酒屋にしっとりした雰囲気とお寿司をプラスし、日本酒好きな方にも喜んで頂けそうなラインナップ。
