郡山市虎丸、東邦銀行郡山支店の斜向い、玄関からして高級感が漂うが、意外に入りやすい。食事処はテーブルが配置された一階の大広間。夜は一人じゃ行き難いが、昼なら気軽に行けるしチョい飲みには最高。この季節には冷たいおしぼりといい老舗らしい気遣いを感じます。料理はランチでも十分にその技と味を堪能できると思います。
「鯛めし」というと、愚生的には胡麻ダレに漬け込んで〆に茶漬けというイメージだったが、真鯛の刺身をヅケにしたのが載ったもの、上のオクラとトロロ、浅葱とウズラの卵をよく混ぜて食べるのが好い。
「牛ステーキ丼」の肉はランプだろうか、やや硬めだがミディアムレアに好い感じに焼かれ、醤油ベースのタレが香ばしく美味しい。以前食べた際はもう少しタレが欲しいと思ってたが、今回は好い感じです。これで850円は驚き。
