どれも、東京では食べることのできない珍しいものばかり。
山菜やキノコ、お野菜など。
またこちらの鯨の竜田揚げは日本一だと思っています。
ニンニク生姜、とても濃厚な下味のついた
サクサクの竜田揚げは食べる価値あり。
鯨のお刺身も然り
生姜醤油で
その合間に山菜の天ぷらや毛蟹
どれも贅沢です。
そしてきりたんぽ鍋
せり、牛蒡、比内地鶏、しらたき、キノコは3種ほど。
お腹が満たされるけど
きっとヘルシーです。
お雑炊かうどんで〆。
出汁が濃くでたのに卵のトロトロ。
たまりません。
あまり人に教えたくないけれども、ぜひとも皆さんに味わってほしいなという思いを込めて。
