Impeccable service with excellent tasty food. Try the drunken prawns, it was a unique experience. The salt pepper chicken was good as was the braised pork ribs. The sweet corn crab soup also another good dish as was the sautéed crab. We ended the meal with a chicken noodles and dessert was a platter of fruit with mango pudding. James was an excellent host. All in all a wonderful experience. And they also stamped the valet chit for free parking.

This seems to be more a place for locals so the standard of coffee must be high. The floor manager has a mix of flamboyance and efficiency and will direct you to where to order and locate a good seat. Everything in its place! And yes the coffee is still very good and it’s a nice place for people watching.

I was impressed with the vegan/vegetarian options. There were also a variety of meat dishes. I had the stir fried jasmine blossoms. They were absolutely delicious and very flavourful! The prices were a bit more expensive than average, but I think this reflects the excellent quality of food, excellent service, and comfortable environment. Air conditioned with fans and wifi. Very friendly staff. Fast service. I would definitely eat here again. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

The food is always cooked perfectly, very friendly staffs with warm caring attitude. Music is nice, peaceful and ideal to stay concentrate on my laptop and a pleasure lunch after. Try their set meal of fried chicken with fish sauce and spinach minced pork soup. This is the reason why i fell in love with this place :)

The location was easy to find, with great parking for both cars and bikes, which made it an ideal place to meet. I was greeted upon arrival and taken to our booth on the second floor, which was great for four people to talk in private. We tried a range of the dishes, but I particularly relished the sushi and the fish, both beautifully cooked, mouthwatering tasty and well presented. The service was excellent, being very attentive although not overbearing. We all certainly enjoyed the restaurant, the food, and the service and we will be coming back. Thank you

We loved it so much that we returned and have sampled 6 dishes total, each one superb. Craft beer available. It's the "New Vietnam" and every bit as delicious as Nu (the old city trend setting restaurant) but cheaper. ROM is not located in the old city, but rather in the newer east side of town close to trendy, modern homestays and spas.

The fact it was a coffee roastery made the things just better. Came on the next day, tried their Gura Factory Kenian espresso with Arabica gelato. Delicious coffee and great ice cream. The inside interior is very nice and spacy, the service I receives was fast and polite.
