【点数の基準】
• 3.0〜3.2： サイゼリヤを基準（3.0）としています。間違い探しを楽しみながら、心地よく美味しい食事ができればこの点数。
• 3.3〜3.4： 素直に「美味しかった！」と感じるお店。これぞ外食の醍醐味だと思える満足感が感じられればこの点数。
• 3.5〜3.7： 味・居心地ともにジャンル内で高水準。近所にあったら間違いなく通い詰めるであろうお店。
• 3.8〜3.9： 味や雰囲気はもちろん、その店にしかない独創性や個性を強く感じる、全国でもトップクラスの名店。
• 4.0〜4.5： 料理、内装、接客、空気感…すべてが最高峰。ジャンルを問わず全国屈指のクオリティで、一生通い続けたい宝物のようなお店。
• 4.6以上： 完璧に近い。人生でこのお店に出会えたことを心から感謝したくなる、至高の一軒。


Based in Osaka, I review a wide range of restaurants, from fine dining to local ramen shops. These ratings are personal benchmarks for my own records, written whenever I find the time. To keep things authentic, I never edit my photos—what you see is exactly what you get. I’ve also begun adding English translations to my recent posts for international readers.
My ratings are a composite of five factors: Taste, Service, Atmosphere, Value for Money, and Originality.
[Rating Scale]
• 3.0–3.2: My baseline is Saizeriya (3.0). If I can enjoy a tasty meal while tackling their famous "spot the difference" puzzles, it earns this score.
• 3.3–3.4: A solid, "That was delicious!" experience. This represents the true joy of dining out.
• 3.5–3.7: High standards in both flavor and comfort within its category. These are places I’d definitely frequent if they were nearby.
• 3.8–3.9: Exceptional establishments that rank among the best in the country, boasting unique character and originality beyond just great food.
• 4.0–4.5: Masterpieces. Everything—the cuisine, interior, service, and ambiance—is world-class. These are places I want to visit for the rest of my life.
• 4.6 & above: Near perfection. Truly life-changing encounters that make me feel genuinely grateful to have discovered them.
