雑多な大船駅前にある事を微塵も感じさせない、華美な装飾なくミニマムなデザインとゆったりとした店内
ワンオペでも素敵な笑顔で調理とサーブをしてくれる店主のシェフ
ちょうど良い価格設定→なので、ギラギラした金持ちは鎌倉の名店の方(シェフが出身の)に行ってる?笑(予想)ので、客層+リラックスした雰囲気も、大船らしくちょうど良い
依って、大船でゆったりと美味しい食事がしたければ、現時点でこちらが一番かと
食事は、旬の食材を使ったお任せコース一本→中華料理かと言われたら、どうかわからん内容だが笑(相棒は中華風懐石だと)こう言ったアプローチも良い
料理に合わせて、且つバリエーション豊富なペアリングもしてくれるので、是非ともお願いするべき→基本のコースにフカヒレも足せるが、それよりもペアリングを優先させたい笑
