最近ウワサの炭、トキドキ薪イタリアン。
恵比寿の人気イタリアン、ダ・バッボの2号店。
イケメンシェフは渡邊大祐氏。
噂は聞いていましたが、いつの間にか食べログ4.0の高得点。本店が3.56(訪問時)の不思議…笑。
店内は小さなバル風。テーブル席もカウンター席も若干狭い。落ち着いてディナーというより気軽に立ち寄るお店かな。2次会利用などにも便利そう。スタンディングもあり1人利用しやすい雰囲気。
本日は既に常連のみるみんくさんに予約して頂き、仲良しメンバーで。

あーこれはまいった、隅から隅までツボ過ぎる。お通しのトリュフポテチから、やみつき度が半端ない…笑。名物の一つというカチョカバロチーズは炭でトロトロに溶かしてブルスケッタでパクリ。魅せ方も抜かりなし。秋刀魚のミルフィーユも美し過ぎるし美味すぎる。日頃から鮨屋や日本料理店に通っているとイタリアンのカルパッチョとかあまり食べたいとは思わないのですが、こういう出し方されると素直に嬉しい。旬のポルチーニ香るオムレツはふわトロ。白トリュフをふりかけたチーズフォンデュパスタも濃厚な味わいと鼻に抜ける香りで悶絶。薪焼き肉は4名で少量ずつ4種食べ比べ。肉を食べるなら3〜4名で行くと楽しめそう。表面カリっと香ばしく焼き上げて中身は美しくミディアムレアな抜群の火入れ。カジュアルでありながら味わいは高級店に引けを取らない。名物のミートソーススパゲッティは…驚きの…内緒、笑。
価格帯も週に何度か通いたくなるCP抜群な肉イタリアン。平日なのに満席人気は当然でしょう。しっかり予約して伺うのが良いかと思います!リピート決定!!
