三船亭さんに宿泊、朝目覚め、篠島散策です、
私は登山やトレイルランやフルマラソンの経験者ですが、あまり知られたくないけど、篠島はかなりそれらのトレーニングに向いてます。軽く歩くつもりが、程よいアップダウンと、垣間見る海!絶壁!とにかく、海との高低差と岩がダイナミックでこれを観ながらの軽いジョグは最高でした!篠島は海のイメージですが、小学校、中学校へ行くルートからの景観、島をぐるりと散策するハイキングもオススメです!お子様でも歩けますよ!
さてさて、
朝ごはんも大変に豪勢です。昨晩の伊勢海老のお造りの海老の頭を使ったお味噌汁は朝から贅沢です。
魚介ももちろん美味しいのですが、佃煮が4種、これ、ご飯が進んで相当美味しかったです。
