日本橋と言っても昭和通りを越えた人形町よりのオフィス街の一角にある割烹料理の日本橋逢坂でランチをやっていると言うレビューを見てやって来ました。
夜は何度か伺って日本酒のフリースロー付きで美味しい料理を頂いているので安心して伺えました。
ランチメニューは、日替わり定食1100円この日は地鶏西京焼きと烏賊とじゃがいもの煮っ転がしという魅力的な献立でしたが開店10分後にして10食が完売でした。
定番メニューの豚の天ぷら1100円、鯛茶漬け2200円、ランチコースは5500円で要予約となっています。
エレベーターで上がって店内に入ると先客は男女2人の一組だけなので、何でこれで日替りが売り切れなんだろうと思って首を傾げていたら、近所のOLさん4人グループが2組やって来て座敷のテーブル席に座って「予約しておいた日替りをお願いします」との事。
なるほど事前に予約出来るんだと納得しましたが、これじゃシャッター待ちしていてもありつけないなあとガッカリでした。
仕方ないので、豚の天ぷらをお願いしました。
15分ほど待って出来上がりです。
ロースカツを天ぷらにした感じの料理で、大根おろしと浅葱がたっぷりと添えられていて、ポン酢をつけて食べてくださいとの事です。
ご飯とネギの味噌汁に、小鉢はほうれん草のお浸しとポテトサラダにお新香がセット内容です。
まずは何も付けずにそのまま頂くと、カリッと揚げられた衣に包まれた豚肉は、塩胡椒で下味がついていて脂っこくなくさっぱりとしています。
豚の天ぷらの上に、大根おろしと葱を乗せて一切れ。
これも美味しい。
ポン酢を付けると衣がふやけるのと、味が強くなり過ぎになるので、大根おろしにポン酢を少しかけたくらいで丁度良かった。
割烹料理店の料理がランチで安く食べられるのは嬉しいものです。
料理長が替わったようなので、久しぶりに夜も行ってみようかなかと思いました。
