2月のプレミアムフライデーは恒例の昼呑みで
肥後橋にある「寿し 京町堀 佐藤」さんへ
ここ前から行ってみたかったんだぁ
●お店について
靭公園のすぐ北側のビルの半地下にお店はある
店内は落ち着いた雰囲気で高級感もある
客席は板場に向かうL字型のカウンターに10席と
4人掛けのテーブル席が2卓という構成
また、料理の基本はコースで以下の3種類がある
・5,500円(ランチのみ)
・9,000円
・12,000円
今回は折角なので12,000円のコースにしてみた
●この日のコース料理について
お酒の1杯目は生ビールを呑む(´ω`*)トリビー
銘柄は「プレモル香るエール」でした
ぷっはぁ・・・
平日の昼間に素敵寿司屋で呑む
冷たい生ビールが最高に美味しいわぁ
ほぼ一気吞みで、料理が来る前に無くなる(w
んじゃま、次は日本酒(冷酒)にしちゃお!!
ここからは料理とお酒を合わせていきたい

先附は春を告げる魚「のれそれ」と
青森の「岩モズク」の酢の物
のれそれはマッタリ&ヌルヌルで
岩モズクがシャキシャキ!!
歯ごたえの違いが面白いわぁ
【お椀(甘鯛とワラビ)】
甘鯛とワラビのお椀が出てきた
出汁はあっさりだけど旨味がしっかり
甘鯛は松笠焼きでウロコがサックサク!!
ワラビの歯ごたえと
柚子の香りも良いんだよねぇ
めっちゃホッコリする美味しさです
【真鯛とフグ白子のお造り】
お造りは真鯛とフグ白子が出てきた
綺麗なおろしポン酢につけて食べる
真鯛は瀬戸内で獲れたものでムッチリ
フグ白子は表面はプリッと中はマッタリ
うん、美味しい美味しい
【サロマ牡蠣】
牡蠣の煮浸しがやってきた
私も大好きなサロマ湖産の小粒な牡蠣は
磯の香りがぶわっと!!
出汁の風味と柚子の香りも素敵
これは・・・うまぁうまぁうまぁ!!
お酒が止まらなくなるヤツです!!
ああっ・・・北海道に長らく行ってないなぁ
久しぶりに行きたくなった(ww
【鰆の塩焼き】
焼物は鰆の塩焼き
身にパサ付きはなくシットリ
うん、料理屋さんの塩焼きだ!!(w
上に乗っている野菜はウルイで
シャキシャキ食感がイイ感じ
【寿司】
ここからはお寿司がやってきた
・剣先烏賊
めっちゃ細切りにした剣先烏賊は
ネットリとして甘味がしっかり
・平目
ムッチムチやぁ
平目も美味しい
・シマアジ
コリッとした歯ごたえで
脂もジンワリ
・白海老
富山の白海老はマッタリ
甘いわぁ
・赤身
モッチリとした赤身は
脂もあって中トロに近く
なかなか美味しい
・背トロ
脂が程よくネットリマッタリ!!
まぁ、間違いない美味しさ
【茶碗蒸し】
箸休めっぽくお寿司の合間に茶碗蒸しを挟む
春らしく氷魚と菜の花の茶碗蒸し
氷魚はふんわり柔らかく後から軽い苦み
菜の花はシャキッと
トロトロの茶碗蒸しに合うわぁ
【にぎり②】
再びお寿司がやってきた

海苔は使わないにぎりで
マッタリと濃厚やぁ

口の中でサラリと融ける

カステラタイプの玉子
シットリとして優しい甘さ
●最後に
料理の食材は春らしいものが多く
季節感があってなかなか良かったわぁ
日本酒もメニューにないものも色々あるみたいで
今回は大将に料理に合わせたお酒を選んでもらった
そんなこんなでコース料理とお酒を
平日の昼に1時間半ほどかけてゆっくりと堪能
うん、こういう時間が贅沢よねぇ(*´▽`*)ステキ
さて・・・では最後にお会計です!!
この日に呑んだお酒は以下の通り

・日高見
・富久長 海風土 sea food
・黒龍
以上で「16,500円」でした
コース料理は12,000円だから
お酒代が4,500円だったみたい
うん、お酒が想像より安かった(ww
吞兵衛には嬉しいよねぇ
お店は落ち着いた雰囲気で高級感があるけど
内容を考えると値段も高くはないので
色んな用途で使えそうなお寿司屋さんです
また、ふらっと呑みに来よう!!
