京王相模原線の京王稲田堤・JR南武線の稲田堤駅最寄り。
以前は和幸(個人経営のお店でアノチェーン店とは違います)が入っていた場所です。
ポゼンという韓国料理&海鮮のお店に変わっていました。まだ出来て一年も経っていないお店なんですが、数ヶ月前から気になっており、本日事前予約をして4名でコースを堪能した。
コース料理を含めて多少の追加もあり
●4000円コース●
サムギョプサルがメインになった。
メインはサムギョプサルかポゼン鍋かチーズタッカルビから選択できるが…まぁその辺は割愛します。
写真でも分かるように豚バラ肉がとても分厚いです!厚みは1cmぐらいあった。
これを焼いてハサミでチョキチョキカットして葉っぱに来るんで食べる。
こんな分厚い豚バラ肉って中々食べる機会は無いですぜ!しかもこのバラ肉はブランド品です。
ゴマベースのつけタレにつけ、ナムルなど辛い系も入れて葉っぱに包んで食べる!
うまい!酒が進みます。
●海鮮ポゼン鍋●
追加分の鍋です。
チゲ鍋をこの店風にアレンジした一品。
辛いですよー海鮮なので、海老やタコの出汁も出ていて絶品。
〆は辛ラーメンを残り汁でグツグツにて仕上げにチーズを乗っけて食べる。
チーズと唐辛子って相性いいんだな。
なかなか楽しめる鍋ですよ!
