・帆立貝と木の子のフリカッセでは、キノコをここまで美味しく料理できるのかと感動を覚えました
・お酒も美味し過ぎてしこたま飲みましたが、翌日に残らず。写真無しですが、食後酒やラスティーネイルというカクテルが効きました笑
・全ての料理やお酒を詳しく解説してくれます
・ナプキンを置くためだけのプレートやデザートの見た目に合わせた色のお皿など、細かいこだわりも気分を掻き立てる

・準備ができるまで待合スペースのソファでゆっくりできる
・夜景の見える店内でピアノ演奏
・気配りが完璧なスタッフさん
・料理やお酒を詳しく解説付きで、あそこまで詳しく把握されてるスタッフさんは初めて。ワイングラスの知識等はバーのマスターのようでした。
・最初は静かな店内も、自分含め皆さん馴染んできたのかお酒でスイッチが入ったのか、後半は笑い声や話し声で少し賑やかに

人材・材料・設備等全ての要素がハイクラスなので、値段が高いのは当然。コストは高いですが、パフォーマンスはもっと高いのでコスパgoodです。
