最初に訪問した経緯は
「片町に皇室に寿しを握ったお店が在りますよ。」
だったのですが誰も行かれた事が無い・・・そんなやり取りで気に為っての訪問でした。
7年程前に為るでしょうか?
当時はカウンター握り寿しを食べる機会が余り無かったので緊張したのを覚えております。

現在はもう在りませんが、近くに本店が存在しており此方は支店と為ります。
くろも(お通し)
もずくの一種だそうでコリコリして良かったです。
造り盛り合わせ(まぐろ、たい、ひらまさ、甘えび、いか)
先ずは刺身を摘みます。特に変わったモノではありませんが何れも新鮮で美味しいです。
特に いか は北陸ならではの食感でした。
出され方は大雑把な感じにも見えますが包丁捌きは見事!コレも味の一つに為りますね ^ω^
たいの塩焼き
焼き物の中でも手軽そうなこちらをお願いしました。
身の具合もホクッとしてあっさり食べ易かったです。
このお店の焼き物はその加減が絶妙で何を頼んでも美味しいですね ^ω^
酢の物盛り合わせ(かに、たい皮、こはだ、数の子)
おまかせで 寿し の前に頂く事に・・・特に たい皮 の歯応えがとてもイイです。
まぐろ、ほたるいか、こはだ、たい、塩うに(もみわかめ)
おまかせ5貫で頂きました。
シャリが小さめの握りは私の好みです。
ほたるいか は大きくは無いですが独特の苦味に酢味噌とのバランスが印象的です。
絶妙だったのが 塩うに(もみわかめ) どちらも福井の珍味ですがこの様な出され方は初めてでした ^ω^
塩うに は 越前うに として福井駅でも販売されておりますが
高価なモノでもあり普段食べる事は殆どありません。
もみわかめ も一度だけ別の寿し屋さんで頂きましたが、シンプルながらハマるサクサク感が大好きです ^ω^
最後に かっぱ巻き(サビ多め) 手巻きにも細やかな技が光ります。
のりはパリッと軽く炙られて食感が素晴らしい!
きゅうりも細かく捌かれてごまを振ってアクセントを持たせてあります ^ω^
福井で高級店に為りますが、適度な緊張感の中にも温かみがあって満足度は非常に高い名店ですね ^ω^
