山梨県南都留郡富士河口湖町船津に本店を構える老舗菓子店。
明治44年(1911年)に創業。
お菓子を通じて「富士山の文化、伝統、季節、産物を多くのお客様に伝えること」を目的にしているそうで、こちらのお店で特に気になった商品が『はまなし』を使ったもの。
『はまなし』とは、富士山の5合目から8合目にかけて群生する富士山の代表的な高山植物。
その実を時間をかけて特別な洋酒に漬け込み、伝統の製法でゆっくりとゼリー状の錦玉に仕上げるお菓子『はまなし』は天皇・上皇陛下献上菓だそうです。

どのお菓子も美味しかったですが、意外にも今回購入した中で一番好みだったお菓子は『レモンスカッシュ大福』という結果でした。笑
まだ他にも気になるお菓子があるので再訪したいところ、『はまなし』はお土産にもオススメなので、私もまた買って帰りたいと思います。
