「ガンダムファクトリー横浜」遠征道中飯①
目的地(横浜)まで一気に走るのは体力的にしんどいので、大好きな道志村で一旦キャンプしてから向かう事に。
いつも通り、深夜の高速→SA車中泊→朝から出発。平日なんで一般道の渋滞に巻き込まれながら、昼前に山中湖手前の富士吉田市に到着。
となれば、朝昼兼用ブランチは名物「吉田うどん」一択！という事で未訪だった有名処のこちらを訪問。
こちらは店というより、住宅街にある民家なんで何度かスルーしたが開店５分前に到着。
敷地外の駐車場に車を停め店に向かうと、平日でこの立地ちも関わらず地元の常連さんらしき方々が5名程並んでた→(旨い店確定)
⚫肉玉うどん中(600円)
１年ぶりの「吉田うどん」だったが、前回訪問したどの店よりも麺が極太でコシ鬼強の荒々しい手打ち感溢れる剛麺で、バリカタ好きにはたまらない食感！
小麦の旨みをダイレクトに噛みしめる事の出来る中々お目にかかれない「極上の剛麺」で、吉田うどん特有の肉(馬肉)と茹でキャベツとほんのり優しい鰹出汁との一体感も素晴らしかった。
極太剛麺が特徴の吉田うどんの中でも「最強クラス」という噂に違わぬインパクトと旨さで大満足！
まだ腹に余裕があるので、もう一軒行ってみよう！
