A cheerful greeting. When I told them I was alone, I was shown to a seat at the counter in front of the grill. Draft beer is served in ice-cold glasses. There were probably three groups of young people inside the store. They are seated at a distance from each other. It is advertised as charcoal-grilled using Bincho charcoal from Fukuoka. The overall taste is a little salty, which is a bit unsatisfying. I ordered a second one because the sauce skin was delicious, but other than that... I can't judge whether the ingredients are good or not. 2 bowls of raw medium, 1 bowl of highball, 4,140 yen with vinegared offal, 2 pieces of skin, rare thighs, pork belly, chicken thighs, garlic, and sand. ...I feel like it's expensive to drink alone. When the coronavirus calms down, I'll come with two or more people.
